We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the platform or comply with WhatsApp API changes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wachamp shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to the loss of a WhatsApp account or business data.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity without prior notice.

Wachamp may update these terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with their account.
